RETURNS

Items purchased must be returned to Quick-Sling, LLC within 30 days of delivery, with original packing slip.

Returned merchandise must be shipped in the original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Quick-Sling inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse money back on damaged, misused or non-resalable items.

 

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims: Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 30 days of delivery by calling 1-800-699-0453.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS are final sale and are nonreturnable.

 

WARRANTY

*As of 1/1/2015 Quick-Sling offers a 2-year warranty on steel & workmanship; Quick-Sling products are coated in accordance with ASTM D3451-06.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR CONTRACTORS:

 

Contractors must return Quick-Sling Products back to their original Distributor.
